Legora AB is hiring a Legal Engineer Strategic Accounts to help our most strategic and complex client relationships maximize the platform's value. This role blends legal operations, product expertise, solution architecture, and deep client partnership. You will serve as a thought partner to global law firms and corporate legal departments, guiding them from pilot to full-firm adoption.
What You'll Do
- Act as a thought partner to strategic accounts, building trusted relationships, addressing pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of Legora.
- Work with Customer Success to take full ownership of client relationships, from running pilots and onboarding new users to guiding full-firm adoption.
- Be the voice of the user inside Legora, sharing insights that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
- Deliver clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of the platform to life.
- Document best practices, contribute to scalable playbooks, and help shape how this function grows globally.
- Confidently help clients navigate the shift to AI in legal business, evaluating ROI and mapping AI's impact across practice areas.
What We're Looking For
- Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, both lawyers and engineers, translating across disciplines.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity, being a calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment.
- Understanding of how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a result of new and emerging technologies.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple client relationships at once.
- Cares deeply about quality but doesn't get stuck in perfectionism; gets things done and improves them over time.

- Tech-curious and product-savvy, passionate about navigating technical conversations around generative AI, technology implementation, innovation, and productivity.
