Jerry.ai is looking for a Staff Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for critical mid-to-senior level searches across the company. This is a contract-to-hire position reporting directly to a cofounder, designed as a trial period to ensure mutual fit, with a path to permanent employment based on performance.
What You'll Do
- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches, including leadership hiring, across business areas like product management, software engineering, data science, business operations, design & research, organic & paid growth, legal, people operations, and finance.
- Work closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet ongoing growth needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team.
- Continuously review, reflect and iterate on recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient use of team time without sacrificing quality.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in search types.
- Track record of success in a high velocity, output-driven, and demanding environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Nice to Have
- Prior recruiting experience at fast-growth startups for product management, product design, or business operations.
