Axur is looking for a Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across all business areas of our growing SaaS company. In this role, you will be a key partner to our global team, ensuring our operations are both effective and compliant.
What You'll Do
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, with a focus on partnerships and licensing.
- Act on due diligence processes for suppliers, partners, and clients.
- Draft legal feasibility opinions.
- Support contract management across all business areas.
- Handle demands related to privacy and data protection.
- Provide cross-functional legal support to business teams.
- Develop and improve Legal Ops practices and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling privacy and data protection legal matters.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough legal due diligence.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to provide practical legal support to business functions.
- Experience in developing or improving in-house legal operations and processes.
