IO Global is hiring a Learning & Development Partner on a fixed-term contract from September 2025 to August 2026. This broad, standalone role is pivotal to scaling our people's capabilities and achieving our long-term goals. We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who thrives on enabling growth and development across a global, remote organization.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and administer our learning systems, including the ADP Learning Management System and the company’s O’Reilly account, coordinating course sign-ups and reporting on usage data.
- Create and curate monthly content playlists and recommended learning resources to support continuous, self-directed learning.
- Partner with the Head of Compliance to curate, assign, and monitor completion of regulatory and statutory training.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure employees and service providers maintain active growth plans in Lattice.
- Design, market, deliver, and evaluate the internal Management Moments that Matter program, covering topics like coaching, feedback, and managing remote teams.
- Facilitate individual, team, and group development using blended techniques, leveraging your certification as a DiSC practitioner.
- Create and deliver training on Success Meeting skills, GROW methodology, and Lattice software, supporting the People Team in the performance management process.
- Source and manage external vendors and facilitators to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Design, deliver, and manage annual initiatives like Learning at Work Week to foster a culture of learning.
- Maintain the L&D Service Desk and evaluate the impact of all training initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, with further certification in HR or L&D.
- Certified DiSC practitioner.
- High credibility and the ability to build influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and in person.
- Natural problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage your own workload.
- A confident online and in-person facilitator and presenter.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and manage change in high-growth environments.
- A focus on continuous improvement, measuring outcomes based on data, trends, and analysis.
- An inherent interest in how people development impacts business success.
- A digital native proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, HRIS, L&D platforms, Asana, and/or Jira.
