Tahaluf is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for our large-scale B2B Exhibitions business. As a Saudi National with 8 or 7 years overall experience, you will be the cornerstone of our L&D process, translating expertise into impactful training.
What You'll Do
- Create and design high-quality learning materials and collateral.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate their expertise into effective learning content.
- Develop and establish L&D processes, policies, and procedures in partnership with the business.
- Build and deliver a comprehensive train-the-trainer program to prepare internal facilitators.
- Provide facilitation guidance, coaching, and support to subject matter experts for training delivery.
- Ensure training methods are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage an End-to-End launch project from conception to execution.
- Conduct talent management activities, including competency mapping and identifying training development plans.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and own the entire process of the training curriculum.
- Be proactive in seeking business understanding and take ownership to maintain, implement, and execute the L&D strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Saudi National.
- 8 or 7 years overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in Learning & Development.
- Familiar with multiple learning management systems.
- Proven experience in building a course independently (instructional design and content development).
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage complete training programs.
- Experience in process and policy development for L&D.
- Experience in facilitation.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of exhibition management or related fields.
