Monzo is hiring a Learning & Development, Global Business Partner on a Fixed Term Contract. You will act as the crucial link between our central L&D function and global training sites, championing a consistent learning strategy while deeply understanding and supporting the unique nuances of each location. Your work ensures training is effective, universally relevant, and of consistently high quality for our global teams.

What You'll Do

• Work with the Design Lead to ensure all learning materials are effectively created and adapted for global partners, accounting for local needs and contexts.
• Ensure global sites operate a well-managed L&D risk environment, maintaining completion records, version control, accreditation processes, and strong standards.
• Work with the Delivery Lead to ensure annual accreditations are maintained across all global sites, ensuring ongoing compliance and quality.
• Understand new products and changes landing in global sites, proactively ensuring appropriate training solutions and effective embedding strategies are implemented.
• Maintain strong working relationships with global training leadership, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency in learning strategy and execution across all sites.
• Proactively partner with Global L&D and Operations to ensure learning interventions directly support key business performance metrics and operational goals.
• Champion the continuous development of local training teams, supporting upskilling programs, train-the-trainer initiatives, and knowledge sharing across sites.
• Harness learning and performance data to drive insights, continuously improving learning effectiveness and evidencing impact on operational performance.
• Play a key role in evolving the global learning ecosystem, exploring innovative ways to embed learning into the flow of work and empowering self-directed development.

Team & Environment

You'll be part of the L&D team, acting as a key link between the central L&D function and Monzo's global training sites.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 + equity in the form of share options.
• £1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses, and conferences.
• Flexible working hours.

Work Mode

This role operates on a hybrid basis and is open to candidates based in Cardiff, London, or Remote (UK).
