Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and subject matter experts to assess learning requirements, set learning goals, and design user-focused learning journeys that support product strategy and business objectives.
- Utilize adult learning theories and instructional design standards to develop structured, effective, and engaging learning experiences for various user types.
- Convert complex technical and product details into clear, understandable, and practical learning content.
- Create complete blended learning programs for products, using existing documentation, demo environments, and practical use cases.
- Develop engaging instructional materials such as assessments, quizzes, hands-on exercises with feedback, case studies, and visual aids.
- Design and produce supporting learning resources including storyboards, video and audio scripts, simulations, role-plays, and interactive experiences.
- Create and maintain certification content and exams that support training and enablement initiatives.
- Employ modern e-learning authoring tools and multimedia technologies to deliver polished, high-quality learning experiences.
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up content creation, rewriting, scenario generation, and production workflows.
- Keep training content current with product updates, new features, and platform improvements.
- Test and validate learning materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world product usage.
- Proactively suggest new learning formats, tools, and methods to improve learner engagement and scalability.
- Build strong working relationships with product, technical services, and other teams to ensure learning initiatives meet shared goals.
- Serve as a trusted learning partner, influencing stakeholders through clear communication, strong design reasoning, and reliable delivery.
- Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of learning standards and methods across the organization.
