Nightingale College is hiring a Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager, Credential Support

About the Role

At Nightingale College, we are committed to achieving the best outcomes for learners from underserved and diverse populations. We are looking for a Learner Compliancy Assistant Manager, Credential Support to provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for both the New Learner Compliancy and Learner Compliancy teams. This role is central to maintaining high levels of learner compliance at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the work of Learner Compliancy specialists and support their development and performance management.
  • Ensure consistent execution of compliance workflows across all learner populations, including extended-term courses.
  • Monitor and evaluate team KPIs to ensure compliance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Partner with Experiential Learning and Academic Operations leadership to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Resolve escalated compliance issues that cannot be managed at the senior level with learners.
  • Develop and deliver organizational updates, team communications, and training initiatives.
  • Manage team scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency.
  • Participate in strategic planning and departmental initiatives to scale the credential support function.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compliance, credentialing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams and overseeing large learner populations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with compliance metrics and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and credentialing systems.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $66,000 - $70,000 USD
