IDT Corporation is hiring a Lead/Senior Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to the development and innovation of the BOSS Revolution product. In this role, you will leverage a modern stack to build robust applications and integrate advanced language model capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js and Python
- Develop and implement LLM integrations and prompt engineering strategies
- Lead technical initiatives and provide guidance on engineering best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior or lead engineer in a full-stack capacity
- Strong expertise in Node.js and Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
- Ability to architect, develop, and deploy complex web applications
