Stryker Corporation is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain full-stack internal web applications for our US Customer Solutions domain, focusing on commercial contracts and pricing. You will be responsible for building new features, modernizing legacy applications to a Flask/Next.JS architecture, and integrating them into a new scalable platform.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy lightweight full-stack applications.
- Redesign legacy applications, migrating them to Flask and Next.JS.
- Work with the data engineering team to migrate and modernize legacy ETL processes.
- Debug and improve applications in Flask, React, and Next.JS based on user needs.
- Maintain the functionality of existing applications.
- Manage a widely used pricing application for the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Experience developing, productionizing, and maintaining full-stack web applications with React, Flask, or Next.JS.
- Experience with Azure services.
- Strong SQL skills, including query design, performance tuning, and relational schema design.
- Experience with Azure SQL and/or Databricks SQL.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Python and Databricks.
- Experience with AI agents specifically related to commercial contracts and pricing.
- Experience with R Shiny for legacy integrations.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $77,200.00 - $160,800.00 plus bonus eligibility.
