HealthLinx is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Leadership Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will recruit, prepare, and support top healthcare leaders throughout the permanent placement process while partnering closely with internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct proactive outreach including cold calling, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
- Source, screen, and interview prospective leaders using the HealthLinx process.
- Reformat resumes and document activities in Logos, Airtable, and communication tools.
- Achieve performance metrics including a daily call volume of 30–50, weekly presentations, and quarterly placement goals.
- Bank leaders through messaging creation, reference checks, and ongoing communication.
- Support leaders through interview preparation and onboarding.
- Serve as liaison between leaders, clients, and internal teams.
- Enter leader profiles, resumes, and activity notes accurately into Logos and SharePoint.
- Manage communication and documentation across tools.
- Screen and organize submitted documents.
- Maintain timely and professional phone communication.
- Collaborate with team members while working with autonomy.
- Contribute to a positive, goal-driven culture.
- Adapt to evolving organizational and team needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or high-volume sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with high outbound call volume and structured processes.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or hospital/acute care settings.
- Retail, call center, or sales experience.
- Proven success hitting measurable goals.
