We are looking for a Leadership Consultant to support leadership development and organizational improvement in healthcare environments. In this role, you will work closely with leaders at all levels to strengthen capabilities, refine decision-making approaches, and enhance team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead leadership development programs tailored to client needs
- Deliver one-on-one and group coaching to executives and emerging leaders
- Assess organizational challenges and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Facilitate workshops on topics including communication, change management, and performance leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate program effectiveness and iterate on delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership development, organizational behavior, or management consulting
- Advanced degree or certification in psychology, business, coaching, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and leadership structures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience designing and evaluating leadership interventions with measurable outcomes
