Help tech companies scale their development teams — and earn ongoing income doing it. We're looking for independent B2B sales professionals in the EU who engage with technology decision-makers and want to generate predictable, recurring revenue by referring senior developer contractors.
How It Works
You introduce Uptalen to companies in your network that need technical talent. Once connected, our team takes over — sourcing, vetting, contracting, and managing the developer relationship. You earn a commission for every successful placement, paid monthly for as long as the contractor remains active.
Your Role
- Identify and refer companies in your network seeking experienced developers
- Facilitate introductions to key technical stakeholders such as CTOs or engineering leads
- Maintain minimal ongoing involvement — we handle all follow-up and operations
What You Bring
- Experience selling into tech organizations — particularly SaaS, product-driven, or scaling startups
- Active relationships with technical decision-makers in the EU or US
- Desire to earn supplemental, recurring income without exclusivity or time commitments
Compensation & Benefits
You earn a 500€ bonus when a referred contractor begins work. Beyond that, you receive a monthly commission based on the number of active placements:
- 15% of monthly margin for 1–2 active contractors
- 20% for 3 or more
- Up to 25% for partners driving consistent volume or managing strategic accounts
Income scales with each new placement and continues as long as the contractor remains engaged. This model fits seamlessly alongside your current work — fully remote, independent, and built to last.
