Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of institutional partnerships that support long-term panel growth and specialty diversification.
- Negotiate and close pilot programs, sponsorships, and participation agreements that evolve into scalable recruitment channels.
- Build credibility with senior stakeholders in highly regulated, risk-averse environments, ensuring alignment with governance and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership outcomes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory frameworks while advancing strategic objectives.
- Track performance through key metrics such as partnership conversion, cost-per-acquisition efficiency, and time-to-activation.
What You Bring
- 6–10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors across Europe.
- Proven ability to initiate, manage, and close complex partnership cycles independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to earn trust in formal, hierarchical institutions.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly valued.
- Experience in market research, physician engagement, or professional networks is a distinct advantage.
