Lead the planning, coordination, and successful execution of technical projects in live sports broadcasting and telecommunications. This role is responsible for ensuring customer solutions are delivered on time and to specification, from initial scoping through to deployment and handover.
What You'll Do
- Oversee service delivery for live video networking, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations across high-profile events.
- Coordinate telecommunications connectivity projects from order initiation to final handoff, ensuring technical requirements are met.
- Manage procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, quotations, invoicing, and cost tracking.
- Lead logistics planning for time-sensitive global events, aligning resources and technical teams efficiently.
- Drive project management activities using modern tools to track progress, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely resolution of technical and operational challenges.
- Monitor project health continuously, identifying potential delays, resource constraints, or external risks and escalating appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven background in project or service delivery within telecommunications or sports broadcast environments.
- Strong proficiency with Office 365 or G-Suite, particularly advanced spreadsheet capabilities in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with broadcast infrastructure, satellite providers, and technical production workflows.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike, or Asana.
- Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies including Wavelength, Dark Fibre, and Managed Ethernet.
- Ability to create clear technical and executive documentation, including project scopes, status reports, and summaries.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- High attention to detail, organizational strength, and resilience under pressure.

- Flexibility to adapt working hours based on global event schedules and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management accreditation.
