What You'll Do
You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of Shopify-based A/B testing initiatives, from initial planning through to deployment and analysis. You'll coordinate closely with developers, designers, and CRO specialists to ensure test variations are built accurately and validated thoroughly. Your role ensures that every experiment moves forward on schedule, with clear ownership and minimal friction.
You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clarity around timelines, dependencies, and priorities. When obstacles arise, you'll identify them early and take direct action to resolve them. You’ll also help translate test results into actionable next steps, keeping the optimization cycle moving forward.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years managing projects in an agency setting, with direct experience on Shopify platforms
- Proven ability to lead technical projects involving Liquid, HTML, and CSS — you don’t need to code everything, but you must understand how it works
- Familiarity with Shopify development workflows, including staging, QA, and release processes
- Experience juggling multiple parallel initiatives without sacrificing precision or progress
- Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp to track tasks, milestones, and team coordination
- A proactive mindset — you anticipate issues, make decisions confidently, and aren’t afraid to push back when timelines or scope are at risk
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders when required
