Learning Care Group, Inc. is looking for a Lead Teacher to create interactive learning experiences and promote the holistic development of preschool children. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, implement curriculum, and serve as a key partner to families in our nurturing and engaging educational environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
- Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
- Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on all licensing guidelines and company standards.
- Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
- The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be energetic, dependable, and passionate.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $17.36 - $18.03 hourly.
