Lennar is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow to architect and build enterprise-grade solutions on the platform. You will lead the design, development, and evolution of implementations focused on Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows. This hands-on architect role combines deep platform expertise with modern UX development, AI-driven automation, and integration architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned services.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across HRSD, CSM, and Finance Enterprise Service Workflows.
- Design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance.
- Optimize customer experience using modern UI and AI-assisted workflows.
- Design seamless employee experiences using UI Builder and reusable components.
- Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance.
- Architect Finance-specific workflows and integrate with ERP and financial systems.
- Lead development using UI Builder and Next Experience.
- Architect Agentic AI workflows to enable autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution.
- Identify opportunities where AI meaningfully reduces manual effort and improves service outcomes.
- Lead integration strategy with CRM, ERP, HRIS, Finance, and third-party systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business leaders, product owners, and enterprise architects.
- Influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions.
- Promote a supportive and collaborative teamwork environment across diverse groups.
- Evaluate interdependencies and think critically/systemically when solving problems.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of overall IT experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Advanced ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
- Flow Designer and advanced workflow orchestration.
- Performance tuning, upgrade planning, and technical debt management.
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) experience.
- Enterprise Service Workflows (Finance focus) experience.
- Customer Service Management (CSM) experience.
- UI Builder and Next Experience experience.
- Playbook experience.
- Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities experience.
- Integration Hub and enterprise integrations experience.
- Strong understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
