Smart Working Solutions is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to guide technical direction and deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates based in India.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers on the team
- Drive architectural decisions and establish engineering best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project roadmaps
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and software design patterns
- Ability to architect, build, and maintain complex, scalable systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team
Work Mode
This is a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates must be located in India, specifically in or around Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, or Mumbai.
