About the Role

REI Systems is seeking a Lead SharePoint Developer to join our team supporting a federal client with a global footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing SharePoint Online and Microsoft O365 solutions, building new applications and maintaining existing tools.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint Online and Microsoft O365 solutions.
  • Build new applications and maintain/improve existing SharePoint-based tools.
  • Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, end users, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Contribute to documentation, deployment, and ongoing system support.
  • Work within a collaborative environment alongside operations, security, data management, and program management teams to modernize and sustain SharePoint solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • 12+ years of proven experience performing software design and development.
  • 7+ years development experience with SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, and related Microsoft applications.
  • Strong experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Modern Pages, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, XML, CSON / JSON, AJAX, and IIS.
  • Experience with source control solutions such as TFS or GitHub.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally within all levels of an organization.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft PL-400 certification Power Platform Developer Associate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience developing in Azure environments.
  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Experience with data visualization applications such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, C#, C++, etc.) and automated testing tools.
