About the Role

Teleperformance is hiring a Lead Prospector to spearhead client reactivation efforts. In this role, you will identify and reconnect with former customers to reintroduce biotechnology solutions and drive renewed sales.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze historical customer data to identify dormant accounts and prioritize outreach.
  • Initiate contact via phone, email, and other channels to re-engage past clients.
  • Present relevant product offerings tailored to the client’s previous interests and industry needs.
  • Build trust and rapport to understand current challenges and propose biotech solutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for reactivation.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or client prospecting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex scientific products and solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Native or advanced level of English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in biotech or life sciences.

  • A full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
