Nightingale College is hiring a Travel Nurse Clinical Instructor (Central Region)

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical instruction to nursing students in various healthcare settings.
  • Evaluate student performance and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with clinical preceptors to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and clinical hours.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical site policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate student orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with academic faculty to align clinical experiences with curriculum.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with nursing practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical education programs.
  • Provide support and mentorship to nursing students throughout their clinical rotations.
  • Monitor student safety and well-being during clinical placements.
  • Communicate effectively with students, preceptors, and academic faculty.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical education programs.
  • Ensure that clinical experiences meet educational and regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance on ethical and legal aspects of nursing practice.
  • Assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns that arise during clinical rotations.
