Array is hiring a Lead Project Manager to own project planning and delivery for our financial technology platform. You will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent complex projects, collaborating across departments, and driving process improvement for a platform that securely collects and shares financial health data.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple concurrent complex projects from planning through delivery.
- Collaborate within and across departments to execute projects, processes, and high-priority initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify roadblocks or bottlenecks for delivery teams.
- Identify delivery risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Work with partners to understand business needs, define project goals, and align on strategic objectives.
- Drive process improvement and work with the delivery team on tracking deliverables and addressing impediments.
- Manage multiple partners, aligning them on common goals and communicating risks effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered, technical project management, or related occupation.
- Alternatively, three (3) years of experience in the job offered, technical project management, or related occupation.
- At least 12 months managing multiple technical and concurrent projects, including working with project dependencies within a software development environment or hardware implementation cycle.
- At least 12 months in project/program management, requirements definition, or deploying business requirements to information systems.
- Experience with software development processes, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodology practices, and components of the software release process.
- Experience with technical concepts, architectures, APIs, financial technology or embedded finance products, and fintech software tools, workflows, or platforms.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $103,000 to $140,000.
