- Provide hands-on leadership and integrated project planning across the entire drug development lifecycle.
- Drive detailed project plans, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and facilitating communication amongst teams.
- Guide junior project managers.
- Focus on the successful delivery of clinical programs.
