About the Role

Socure is looking for a Lead People Partner, US to join our People Team. In this role, you will act as an experienced strategic partner for a defined client group of executive leaders or high-impact teams, delivering people programs, advising on complex talent matters, and shaping a healthy, inclusive culture.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters.
  • Lead program delivery for people strategy, performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles.
  • Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness and drive targeted interventions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance.
  • Track and analyze people data for trends, reporting insights to guide business decisions.
  • Deliver manager coaching and support on difficult ER, development, and performance conversations.
  • Partner on organizational change management and team health planning.
  • Develop and socialize frameworks for talent succession, mobility, and advancement.
  • Escalate sensitive or high-risk issues as a trusted escalation point.
  • Utilize survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to inform decision making.
  • Model and promote a positive, inclusive culture through communication, collaboration, and empathy.
  • Foster accountability and continuous learning by sharing knowledge across teams.
  • Represent the People Partner function in cross-functional and executive forums.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
  • Track record of coaching managers, managing complex employee relations, and driving people analytics.
  • Experience designing and implementing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working proficiency with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive information with integrity.
  • Commitment to Socure’s mission, values, and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced HR certification or MBA.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $165K - $175K.
