What You'll Do
- Push for excellence and raise the bar in an extremely intense, hands-on role with full ownership.
- Fill multiple critical roles simultaneously under aggressive timelines.
- Build talent pipelines in new geographies and successfully open new hiring markets.
What We're Looking For
- High agency and complete ownership.
- An outlier work ethic (this role runs 9am - 9pm, 6 days per week).
- Obsession with hiring top-tier talent in high-velocity environments.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 - $150,000
- Equity: $20,000 - $60,000
Work Mode
This is a global role open to candidates located in Europe or LATAM.
