Magellan Partners is looking for a Lead .NET Developer AI to design and optimize software architectures while integrating AI components where they add real business value. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment on varied projects involving .NET, AI, and cloud environments, primarily Azure.
What You'll Do
- Analyze technical and functional requirements and audit existing systems.
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software architectures in .NET.
- Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET, etc.).
- Lead technical workshops, share best practices, and guide teams.
- Upskill developers through mentoring and code reviews.
- Define and promote development and architecture standards.
- Implement and ensure DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and security.
- Perform technology watch and propose suitable innovations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in .NET development.
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
