About the Role
This role leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects that support go-to-market functions, including sales operations, customer onboarding, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business teams to ensure timely, efficient implementation of systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional IT projects from concept to completion with a focus on go-to-market systems
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify technology needs
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Ensure integration of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Drive process improvements in sales enablement and customer onboarding
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain documentation for systems, workflows, and change management
- Support data governance and compliance within GTM technology stack
- Evaluate new tools and platforms for scalability and efficiency
- Lead vendor selection and contract negotiations for GTM software
- Facilitate agile project management practices across teams
- Report progress to senior leadership with clear performance indicators
- Ensure user adoption through training and change communication
- Align IT initiatives with overall business growth strategy
- Manage system upgrades and platform migrations with minimal disruption
- Optimize workflows between internal teams and external partners
- Ensure security and access controls are maintained in all GTM systems
- Drive continuous feedback loops to improve project outcomes
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with CPQ and revenue operations tools
- Background in customer onboarding or implementation projects
- Knowledge of AI-driven sales technologies
