Responsibilities
- Lead the design of the PMI B2B(2C) global Digital channel capabilities, in close collaboration with the markets/regions and IT team.
- Lead projects or sub-projects and deliver digital solutions at global scale aimed to generate:
- Excellence in execution by equipping the PMI affiliates with appropriate business processes and solutions to achieve targets on both RRP and conventional business at indirect retail (retailers)
- Efficiency gains by effectively automatizing processes and optimizing both back office and Field Force workload on low added-value activities
- Sustainable competitive advantage to build valuable, efficient and long-lasting relationships with our current and future business partners (scale & flexibility)
Requirements
- Business & Administration or IT (preferably Master's Degree)
- 3+ years’ experience in the Commercial area, ideally related to Field Force management, Trade Engagement or Commercial planning domain.
- Deep understanding of CRM related processes, omni channel Digital solutions & Customer Journeys with good grasp of reporting and analytics tools.
- Previous experience in managing the development of digital products under agile methodology (i.e. SCRUM).
