Rothmans, Benson & Hedges Inc. (RBH), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, is seeking a Lead IR Digital Engagement Solutions. In this role, you will lead the design of PMI's global B2B(2C) Digital channel capabilities for the retailer channel, which handles nearly 100% of conventional cigarette and Heets volume and over 40% of device sales. You will lead projects to deliver digital solutions that drive execution excellence, efficiency gains, and sustainable competitive advantage with business partners.
What You'll Do
- Lead or participate in defining the scope of new Digital channel capabilities, aligning with global vision and strategy, and preparing business cases with ROI models.
- Lead or collaborate on designing future-proof Digital channel capabilities and related end-to-end business processes to improve commercial levers.
- Coordinate the development of new Digital channel capabilities with IT, ensuring quality deliverables within allocated budget and timeframe.
- Supervise the piloting of new Digital solutions to address user pain points and capture business opportunities, supporting global rollout.
- Define and design KPIs for new capabilities and ensure they are embedded into the analytical environment.
- Participate effectively in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, managing the backlog including prioritization, sprint planning, and release review.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Business & Administration or IT, preferably a Master's Degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in the Commercial area, ideally related to Field Force management, Trade Engagement, or Commercial planning.
- Deep understanding of CRM processes, omni-channel Digital solutions and Customer Journeys, with a good grasp of reporting and analytics tools.
- Previous experience in managing the development of digital products under agile methodology (i.e., SCRUM).
