Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Lead, GTM Strategy as a senior leader within our Corporate Business Strategy department. You will work directly with senior leaders to solve complex strategy problems, contribute to our overall success, and drive meaningful change across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Work collaboratively across cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, pressure-test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution, and unlock value.
• Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables (e.g., PPT, Word) for executive-level consumption.
• Support strategy and business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization.
• Drive change across the organization, wearing multiple hats (strategy development, project management, and execution) to move the needle.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to leads and associates on the team and take personal interest in their growth.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, etc.), private equity, or top-tier tech strategy or bizops functions (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.).
• MBA graduate from a top-tier B-school or similar academic credentials or direct promote in Consulting or equivalent military experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences.
• Experience in building relationships and leading through influence.
• Experience managing projects and large-scale transformations.
• Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry is a must.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.

Team & Environment

This role is part of the Corporate Business Strategy department at Palo Alto Networks.

Benefits & Compensation

• Starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $166,000/YR - $275,000/YR.
• Compensation includes restricted stock units and a bonus.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position based in Santa Clara, CA.
