Role Overview

Drive business development by identifying and qualifying new leads in the IT services market. You'll play a key role in expanding our client base through targeted research, outreach, and collaboration with the sales team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in lead generation within the technology sector who thrives on initiating new business conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the IT services industry.
  • Generate leads using cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking platforms.
  • Evaluate lead potential by understanding client needs and aligning them with available solutions.
  • Record all outreach and interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure continuity and transparency.
  • Work closely with sales to transition leads smoothly into the pipeline and support follow-up efforts.
  • Monitor industry developments and competitive activity to strengthen outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within IT or technology services.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities to uncover viable prospects.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and digital lead generation tools.
  • Self-directed with a focus on results and consistent performance.

Preferred Background

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline may strengthen your application.
