DrBalcony is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, primarily cold calling and telemarketing. You'll work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for attracting and engaging potential clients in our high-energy, innovative start-up environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria, capturing essential information to facilitate the sales process.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to maximize opportunities for new business.
- Engage with leads via email, phone, and social media to nurture relationships and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track communications, and report on progress.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent DrBalcony and build relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or telemarketing roles.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth.
