About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Adapt messaging based on customer feedback and engagement patterns
  • Monitor industry trends to refine targeting strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
  • Participate in training sessions to improve outreach techniques
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development of outreach campaigns
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Support the creation of lead nurturing workflows
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns
  • Build rapport with prospects to encourage further engagement
  • Stay updated on product offerings to communicate value effectively
  • Coordinate with marketing to align messaging
  • Provide feedback from customer interactions to inform strategy
