Responsibilities
- Guide the mobile engineering team in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable applications for iOS and Android.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to shape and deliver mobile features.
- Influence deliverables and design approaches across engineering teams, including backend API design and QA testing strategies.
- Offer technical direction and mentorship to mobile engineers, promoting innovation and continuous learning.
- Lead code reviews to uphold code quality, reliability, and adherence to established coding standards.
- Keep current with evolving mobile technologies, tools, and trends, and share insights to elevate team expertise.
- Lead efforts to enhance app performance and optimization for a seamless user experience.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks efficiently.
- Partner with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and high application quality.
- Support the growth of both junior and senior engineers through coaching and skill development.
- Define, document, and lead the execution of the mobile team’s technical roadmap in line with business goals.
