What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end creative production for user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact static and video assets. You’ll shape and refine creative direction in collaboration with UA, design, and AI teams, using performance data to guide decisions and fuel innovation.
Manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, fostering growth and efficiency while integrating AI-powered tools into daily workflows. You’ll champion AI literacy, streamline ideation and editing processes with automation, and maintain creative quality through rigorous review and approval cycles.
Use AI-enhanced analytics to monitor KPIs like conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS, identifying trends and testing opportunities. Launch experiments to improve funnel performance and iterate quickly based on results. Stay ahead of market shifts by analyzing competitor content and emerging trends using AI-driven insights.
Act as the central point of contact for all UA creative needs—managing requests, prioritizing pipelines, and aligning stakeholders. You’ll also identify and onboard external partners such as freelancers and AI content providers, overseeing contracts and ensuring cost-effective production.
Requirements
You bring at least 7 years of experience in performance-driven creative production, with a strong track record in user acquisition for digital platforms. You understand how creative choices directly affect metrics like ROAS and CPA, and you’ve delivered measurable improvements in conversion and revenue through testing and optimization.
Experience managing creative teams producing high-volume ad content is essential. You’re fluent in AI tools used for ideation, editing, automation, and analysis—such as ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, and Lovable—and know how to apply them effectively in fast-moving environments. You balance creative intuition with a data-first mindset and have worked closely with designers, editors, and performance marketers.
