Birlasoft is looking for a Lead Consultant - Enterprise Apps to serve as a senior Salesforce techno-functional expert. You will be responsible for multi-cloud solutioning, bridging client needs with technical implementation, and leading key project phases.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and document the requirements.
- Contribute to developing test plans and drive the testing during both QA and UAT.
- Lead and participate in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancement.
- Collaborate inter-departmentally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
What We're Looking For
- More than 10 years of IT experience and 8+ years in Salesforce.
- Multi-cloud solutioning experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Service & Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and help implementation.
- Good understanding of the technical features and functionalities of the Salesforce platform to act as the bridge between the client and the technical team(s).
- Experienced in stakeholder management.
- Experience in Agile projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a globally distributed team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing, FSL, FSC, Health, Education, Experience, Marketing) and AppExchange products.
