What You'll Do
Lead clinical operations at a new care studio focused on improving outcomes for individuals with diabetes, prediabetes, and weight-related conditions. Perform thorough patient evaluations, diagnose complex cases, and manage ongoing treatment plans with a focus on measurable health improvements.
Collect and interpret lab results through point-of-care testing, including A1c and glucose monitoring, and order additional diagnostics as needed. Develop tailored care strategies that integrate medication, lifestyle changes, and self-management techniques.
Educate patients and caregivers on nutrition, physical activity, medication use, and long-term disease management. Maintain detailed, accurate records in the electronic health record system and ensure all documentation reflects current patient status and care decisions.
Work closely with local specialists and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care. Stay aligned with clinical standards from leading medical organizations and integrate digital health tools—such as remote monitoring, patient-facing apps, and AI-supported decision systems—into daily practice.
Help refine clinical workflows, mentor new team members, and contribute to building an efficient, patient-centered care model. Engage in community outreach through events and local media to expand awareness and access to preventive care services.
