Royal BAM Group is looking for a Lead Compensation & Benefits to steer our C&B team. You will act as a subject matter expert, coaching specialists and taking responsibility for complex projects and strategic policy development aligned with BAM's goals.
What You'll Do
- Coach C&B specialists as a subject matter expert and act as a sparring partner for the C&B manager.
- Advise on substantive issues and contribute to C&B topics in full breadth.
- Take responsibility for the mobility theme, including lease policy.
- Prepare decision-making for the Fleet Steering Committee and participate in mobility-related meetings.
- Maintain the relationship with the leasing company and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement mobility solutions that align with BAM's strategy.
- Lead other complex C&B projects.
- Monitor relevant market developments and legislation, translate them into appropriate policy, and ensure good alignment and communication with stakeholders.
- Advise HR colleagues on the correct application of employment conditions policy, including collective labor agreements, BAM regulations, job classification, remuneration, and mobility.
- Substitute for the C&B manager in their absence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum completed HBO or WO education in HRM or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Extensive experience in developing employment conditions policy.
- Extensive experience in executing complex C&B projects.
- Extensive knowledge of (sustainable) mobility, including expertise in electric driving and related themes such as charging passes, facilities, and market developments.
- Experience in coaching professionals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A connecting personality with a strong focus on collaboration.
- A proactive work attitude and the ability to take initiative independently.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) Compensation & Benefits within HR, reporting to the C&B Manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: €6,520 to €9,100 per month based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 8% holiday pay.
- Variable remuneration based on pre-agreed objectives with a maximum payout of 12%.
- Good secondary employment conditions according to the Bouw en Infra collective labor agreement, such as a budget for sustainable employability (2.30%).
