Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple CRM transformation initiatives and coordinate the wider BA team
- Own stakeholder engagement, roadmap development, business cases, and benefits realization
- Drive delivery across strategic and operational workstreams with a high degree of autonomy
