Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services to individuals, couples, and families across Texas in a supportive remote environment.

What You'll Do

Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles.
Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Provide crisis intervention and assess risk for suicide or harm.
Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential therapeutic environment.
Stay current on mental health best practices through continuing education.

What We're Looking For

Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
Valid, active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
Ability to work with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A commitment to continued professional development and self-care.

Nice to Have

Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
Experience with telehealth services.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish-English.
