Assurasource is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality, client-centered mental health services to individuals, couples, and families across Texas in a supportive remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship struggles.
- Assess client needs through intake evaluations and clinical assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation compliant with regulatory standards.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Provide crisis intervention and assess risk for suicide or harm.
- Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential therapeutic environment.
- Stay current on mental health best practices through continuing education.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work.
- Valid, active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and clinical documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A commitment to continued professional development and self-care.
Nice to Have
- Certification or specialized training in a specific therapeutic modality (e.g., EMDR, trauma-informed care).
- Experience with telehealth services.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish-English.

- Flexible Schedule: Counselors work a minimum of 6 hours per week, controlling their schedule and client demographic.
