Talentgrator is seeking a Lawyer with specialized white label expertise for a leading iGaming solutions provider. You will provide proactive legal support to help the client scale and expand into new regulated markets.
What You'll Do
- Provide legal guidance and support for scaling operations and expansion into new, regulated iGaming markets.
- Advise on regulatory compliance, licensing, and market entry strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to white label solutions and partnerships.
- Mitigate legal risk by identifying and addressing potential issues in new and existing markets.
What We're Looking For
- Admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Proven experience providing legal counsel within the iGaming, online gambling, or adjacent regulated technology sectors.
- Specific expertise in white label business models, partnerships, and B2B agreements.
- Strong understanding of international gaming regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
