Bunge | Global is seeking a Mid-level Lawyer to join its General Litigation team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for managing litigation matters across all of Bunge's legal entities in the country, defending the company's interests in judicial and administrative proceedings, and providing strategic legal counsel to optimize business efficiency and minimize risk.
What You'll Do
- Manage general litigation matters for all of Bunge's legal entities in Brazil, either through direct action or by coordinating with external law firms.
- Support the coordination and oversight of external law firms, ensuring the quality and efficiency of services provided to Bunge.
- Contribute to defining legal strategies aligned with legal leadership, execute established guidelines, and monitor their outcomes.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate delivery of information and documents required by external firms to defend Bunge's interests.
- Participate in and support global and/or regional projects, providing legal consultation to reduce, minimize, or eliminate legal and/or financial risks for Bunge.
- Promote the 'One Bunge' approach across different regions and strengthen professional relationships with other teams and legal departments within the company.

- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
