Responsibilities
- Draft initial court filings and discovery documents.
- Prepare responses to discovery requests.
- Summarize discovery responses and medical records.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions and opposition briefs.
- Create trial documents, including motions in limine, and provide trial assistance.
- Assist insured clients in small claims cases by investigating facts, preparing trial briefs, coaching the insured for trial, attending trial, and defending the company when named as a party.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
