Zack D. Films is hiring a Law Clerk for the Office of the Solicitor General, specifically within its Criminal Appeals Division. This Division manages all aspects of direct appeals and postconviction appellate litigation originating from Maryland's state criminal trial courts.
What You'll Do
- Draft appellate briefs for criminal appeals and postconviction cases.
- Collaborate closely with OAG attorneys on appellate criminal cases.
- Complete research assignments on complex legal issues.
- Attend attorney meetings and court hearings.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Criminal Appeals Division within the broader Office of the Solicitor General.

This is an onsite position.
