THE OPPORTUNITY The Live Launch Operations team guarantees seamless execution of Netflix Live events globally. As our live content portfolio expands in complexity, the operational significance of this role becomes increasingly critical. As a Project Manager supporting Live events, you will superintend event setup, configuration, and successful implementation. Your responsibilities encompass workflow management, data precision, comprehensive experience validation, and cross-functional communication throughout the launch pipeline. Real-time decision-making is paramount, particularly when confronting unexpected challenges. We seek a dynamic professional capable of rapid adaptation, proactive problem anticipation, and effective cross-team collaboration. You will be central to transforming Live events into member experiences. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Event and Execution Excellence: Comprehensively manage Live event configuration and launch, ensuring smooth integration of all elements, especially amid complex and unique event scenarios. - High-Velocity Communication and Clarity: Deliver timely, precise communication maintaining partner alignment. Establish clear expectations, drive expedited decisions, and emerge as the dependable primary contact with comprehensive understanding of Netflix's operational ecosystem. - Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate closely with teams to resolve challenges efficiently. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as primary Launch Operations liaison for Event Program Managers, Creative teams, Engineering, Innovation Operations, Broadcast Operations, and additional stakeholders. - Workflow and Tooling Improvements: Collaborate with Program Managers and technical partners to evolve operational workflows supporting expanding Live content slate. - Operational Standards and Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate continuous process improvement through systematic learning dissemination.
