Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and uphold rigorous quality benchmarks for all English to Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) localization streams.
- Review completed work and manage the linguistic feedback process.
- Create, update, and maintain localized style guides, comprehensive IT glossaries, and Translation Memories (TMs) to ensure domain-specific consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a remote team of freelance translators, editors, and LQA testers.
- Deliver actionable linguistic feedback, onboarding training, and resolution of queries.
- Collaborate closely with global Project Managers, Engineering teams, and client stakeholders to optimize localization workflows, reduce risks, and resolve complex technical or linguistic issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on resource performance, linguistic quality metrics, and project delivery timelines.
