Parexel is hiring a Laboratory Logistics Specialist to support the development and application of study-specific supply chain strategies. In this role, you will execute logistics plans for Clinical Trial Supply and Logistics projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.
What You'll Do
- Engage with the Clinical Supply Leader to develop logistics concepts and solutions.
- Monitor study scope and progress to proactively manage timelines, budgets, risks, and changes.
- Ensure study-specific management tools and documents are established.
- Manage assigned resources to ensure appropriate Clinical Trial Supply and Logistics staffing.
- Oversee Pass Thru Costs with controls and reporting for internal and external service fees.
- Collaborate with the team to develop clinical supply, sourcing, and distribution strategies with stakeholders.
- Communicate with 3rd party providers and negotiate scope of work with procurement.
- Develop and plan inventory according to strategy, quantities, and forecasts.
- Create supply schedules, incorporate feedback from the Clinical team, and provide updates to depots.
