Baptist Health is seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for weekend day shifts at Baptist Medical Center East. In this role, you will be responsible for the general supervision and coordination of nursing personnel during weekends and holidays to ensure quality and continuity of patient care.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate activities of nursing personnel on shift, with a focus on weekends and holidays.
- Ensure the quality and continuity of patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and performing care interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare clinicians to plan and implement patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Nursing.
- Active RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
