The Quality Group (TQG) is looking for a Label Manager to take full ownership of the label management process for More Nutrition. You will be responsible for improving time-to-market, enabling international scaling, and ensuring full compliance, while coordinating all stakeholders and driving process excellence.

What You'll Do

Manage label projects from request to production approval, including timeline planning, risk management, and escalation of delays.
Coordinate all involved stakeholders, structure workflows, and bring teams together.
Operationally develop label management, identify efficiency potentials, and establish new tools and standards.
Ensure quality assurance, comply with international requirements with the Regulatory team, and coordinate internal reviews.
Lead the international label rollout, planning translations and local requirements for new markets.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in project management, product management, or a label process environment.
Experience in stakeholder-intensive processes, structuring complex topics, and ability to act under time pressure.
Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs, design processes, and supply chain workflows.
Independent, hands-on, solution-oriented work style with end-to-end responsibility.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Experience with tools like Miro, MS Office, and PM tools (e.g., Asana).

Nice to Have

Experience in the FMCG industry.
