The Quality Group (TQG) is looking for a Label Manager to take full ownership of the label management process for More Nutrition. You will be responsible for improving time-to-market, enabling international scaling, and ensuring full compliance, while coordinating all stakeholders and driving process excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage label projects from request to production approval, including timeline planning, risk management, and escalation of delays.
- Coordinate all involved stakeholders, structure workflows, and bring teams together.
- Operationally develop label management, identify efficiency potentials, and establish new tools and standards.
- Ensure quality assurance, comply with international requirements with the Regulatory team, and coordinate internal reviews.
- Lead the international label rollout, planning translations and local requirements for new markets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, product management, or a label process environment.
- Experience in stakeholder-intensive processes, structuring complex topics, and ability to act under time pressure.
- Basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs, design processes, and supply chain workflows.
- Independent, hands-on, solution-oriented work style with end-to-end responsibility.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Experience with tools like Miro, MS Office, and PM tools (e.g., Asana).
