FlyFlat is hiring a Label Manager – ESN to take ownership of the complete label lifecycle, from initial design brief to final print approval. You'll play a key role in improving time-to-market and enabling international expansion by coordinating stakeholders and optimizing processes.
What You'll Do
- Steer label projects from request to production approval, securing time-to-market through timeline planning, risk management, and escalation.
- Coordinate all stakeholders, from Product Management to Regulatory and Supply Chain, structuring workflows and keeping teams on track.
- Optimize label management operations by identifying efficiency potential and implementing new tools and standards.
- Ensure quality assurance by working with Regulatory to meet international requirements and coordinating internal reviews.
- Manage translations, local requirements, and international rollout, planning scalably for new markets.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, product management, or a label process environment, ideally in FMCG.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder-intensive processes, bringing structure to complexity, and remaining effective under pressure.
- A basic understanding of Regulatory Affairs, design processes, and Supply Chain workflows.
- The ability to work independently, hands-on, with a solution-oriented mindset and end-to-end responsibility.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to coordinate clearly, make demands, and deliver results.
- Experience with tools like Miro, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
