What You'll Do
Support daily laboratory operations by organizing and maintaining consumables to meet testing demands. Ensure all materials are properly stored, labeled, and readily available for use.
Administer warehouse functions specific to the lab environment, focusing on inventory accuracy and timely restocking. Participate in Layered Process Audits according to the established schedule to support quality and compliance.
Keep work areas clean and compliant with health and safety guidelines. Follow all facility protocols related to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards, providing necessary documentation when required.
Engage in continuous improvement activities using Lean principles. Work with cross-functional teams on supply chain projects and contribute to cost-saving initiatives. Maintain organized records of commercial and quality-related documents to ensure traceability and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, or have at least two years of relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing roles
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and know when to seek input from others
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Show proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

- Experience collaborating in diverse or cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or technical environments
- Background in core operational areas such as quality systems, tooling, or production floor activities
- Proven ability to build relationships and contribute to team development
Work Environment
This is an onsite position requiring presence at the facility. The role may occasionally involve responsibilities beyond those listed, reflecting the evolving needs of the lab and production environment.
